Beverlywood - In the Center of it All. Yet, Far Removed.
Tucked between Beverly Hills, Century City, and Culver City, Beverlywood is a calm, residential neighborhood in the middle of it all – which is a huge benefit. Developed in the 1940s, it’s known for its winding streets, well-manicured Traditional and Ranch-style homes, and a serious sense of community.
Families move here for the excellent schools, walkable blocks, and of course, central access to essentially everything. In other words, you’ll spend more time at home, less in LA’s iconic traffic. It might just be one of LA’s most livable areas.
It’s a neighborhood that feels both established and lively — walkable, diverse, and rich in character. And with thousands of students in town, the streets buzz with youthful vibes. Think casual bars, late-night eats, and a college-town spirit that will always keep Westwood down-to-earth.
Where in the LA is Beverlywood
Beverlywood sits south of Beverly Hills and Century City, east of Cheviot Hills, and north of Culver City. Mostly residential, it’s bordered by Pico and Robertson Boulevards, with the 10 and 405 freeways just minutes away — keeping the rest of LA easily within reach.
HISTORY 10’1
Beverlywood was developed in the 1940s as one of Los Angeles’s first planned residential communities. Its homeowners’ association — still active today — has long shaped the neighborhood’s look and feel, preserving its quiet, consistent character in the middle of the city.
