BRENT WOOD
BRENTWOOD
Where LA goes to breathe.
Think tree-lined streets, canyon breezes, and homes that make you say O’wow. Brentwood has a little bit of everything: rolling hills, mid-century icons, and some of the most elegant estates on the Westside. It’s where families jog to the (world famous) farmers’ market on Sunday mornings, neighbors linger over lattes at the Country Mart, and the beach is always just a short drive (or e-bike) away.
To us, Brentwood is classic LA — refined, but not pretentious. The kind of neighborhood where design lovers, foodies, and families feel right at home.
Where in the LA is Brentwood?
Brentwood sits at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains, bordered by Santa Monica, Westwood, and Pacific Palisades. From the estates of Brentwood Park to the modernist gems of Crestwood Hills, each pocket has its own personality — but all share that calm, leafy Westside feel.
HISTORY 10’1
In the 1950s, Crestwood Hills became a utopian experiment in cooperative living — with modernist homes designed by architect A. Quincy Jones. Today, it’s a mid-century landmark tucked into the hills, proof that Brentwood has always been ahead of the curve in design.
O’Connor Approved.
Shopping & Food Recommendations
Brentwood Country Mart
Brentwood Country Mart
It’s part shopping destination, part people-watching paradise. Where lattes, Louboutins, and locally sourced everything live in harmony.
Reddi Chick BBQ
A retro staple dating back to 1950 and family-run since the 70s. Known for rotisserie chicken and crispy fries served in old-school red baskets.
Great White
The all-day café we’d move into if we could. Aussie breakfast (breaky burritos are simply epic), wood-fired pizzas, natural wine and chill architectural vibes.
The Westside
A Cali-inspired boutique known for elevated essentials: denim, cashmere, sneakers, and everyday staples. It’s where Brentwood goes when it wants to look laid-back, but still luxe.
Jenni Kayne
The spirit of California in fashion form. Elevated basics, cozy knits, and that “super-chic, easy to wear” vibe Brentwood is known for.
Goop Lab
Gwyneth Paltrow’s retail space is more living room than boutique — complete with greenhouse, apothecary, and there’s even a working kitchen for demos.
